What to expect at your first visit
- Bring any existing medical records, blood results, or imaging.
- Your first consultation is 45–60 minutes — please allow time.
- Both Dr. Ayesha and Dr. Kamani conduct new patient assessments.
- You are welcome to stay with your pet throughout.
- We will send a confirmation SMS/email after booking.
- Cancellations: please give 24 hours notice where possible.

Do I need a referral?
No — you can book directly as a new client. Just bring any existing records your vet has.
What animals do you see?
Dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, ferrets, and other pocket pets.
How long is a first appointment?
45–60 minutes. We take our time to understand your pet's full history before recommending any therapy.
Do you accept pet insurance?
Yes, we accept pet insurance. We can provide the documentation you need to submit a claim with your provider.
