Got questions?

Common questions

Do I need a referral to see you?

No. You can book directly as a new client.

Do you see all animals, or just dogs and cats?

We see dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, ferrets, and other pocket pets.

Can I stay with my pet during the consultation?

Yes, always. We encourage it.

What should I bring to a first appointment?

Any existing medical records, vaccination history, blood results, imaging, and current medication details.

Do you accept pet insurance?

Yes, we accept pet insurance. We can provide the documentation you need to submit a claim with your provider.

How is this different from a regular vet?

We offer everything a conventional vet clinic does — diagnostics, surgery, vaccinations, dental care — plus acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, laser therapy, osteopathy, and dedicated nutrition consultations. Dr. Ayesha and Dr. Kamani decide together which combination is right for each patient.
